How is USKOK structured?

The State Attorney’s duties at the Office are performed by the Head and Deputy Heads.

Office seat is in Zagreb.

The Office includes:

  1. Prosecutor’s Department
  2. Financial Investigations Department
  3. International Cooperation and Joint Investigations Department
  4. Public Relations  and  Prevention of Corruption and Organised Crime Department
  5. International Cooperation  and Joint Investigations Department

  6. European Delegated Prosecutors Department (Act on the implementation of the Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 of 12 October 2017 implementing enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (‘the EPPO’))
